Das zweite Solo-Album nahm Paul in New York auf. Wieder ein Verriss durch die Kritiker und die alten Bandkollegen, kommerziell wiederum sehr erfolgreich, landete das Album in den USA und GB auch Platz 1. Das Album RAM erschien am 17. Mai 1971 und wurde eingespielt von: Paul McCartney (voc, bg, g, p), Linda McCartney (keyb, backing voc), Denny Seiwell (dr), Dave Spinoza (voc, g), Hugh McCracken (g).
